A St. Louis, Missouri man pleaded guilty to selling fake Applebee's gift certificates on E-Bay. Jeremy Marshall fashioned the certificates and placed them for sale on E-Bay. Marshall received successful bids of totaling between $70,000 and $120,000. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
