Clean Living - Castus Low

Clean Living - Castus Low Carb Superstores
According to MSNBC, Castus, which means "clean" and "pure" in Latin, is getting into franchising to capitalize on today's biggest diet trend: low-carbohydrate products. The company is experiencing a tremendous franchisee interest after a story on the concept appeared on the front page of USA Today. Castus expects to open 5,000 locations worldwide within five years. To date, the company has about 50 stores operating or in development. In the wake of the Atkins craze and other diet plans, low carb eating is "the biggest thing going on in the natural products industry," said Brian Berk, associate editor of Health Products Business, a trade publication.
