AFC Enterprises Delays Annual Report Again. The franchisor and operator of Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits, Church's Chicken and Cinnabon has until October 31 to file its annual report with the SEC, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The company is in the process of completing the restatements and audits of its 2000-2002 financial statements and the filing of its quarterly reports for 2003.
