Starbucks acquires Seattle Coffee Co.: The deal announced in April to sell AFC's Seattle Coffee Company (including the Seattle's Best Coffee and Torrefazione Italia brands) to Starbucks has been completed for $72 million (less than the $75 million that AFC paid for the company in 1998).
