The Salt Lake Tribune reports that restaurant chains and snack manufacturers alike are changing marketing strategies in response to the threat of litigation: McDonald's will test a Happy Meal this summer containing fruit instead of french fries, Kraft has plans to cap the portion size of single-serve snack foods, and Frito-Lay is about to eliminate the trans-fatty acid component of its products.
