Blind Man Sues Taco Bell

Jose Lopez filed a discrimination complaint against Taco Bell after he was allegedly denied service in a Florida Taco Bell because he brought his guide dog in the restaurant. Lopez alleges that the general manager of the store asked him to leave after some of the other customers complained about the dog, and when Lopez refused, the general manager told him that Lopez could stay in the restaurant but that nobody would serve him. All service animals are required by law to be admitted into any public place. For further information regarding service animal access see http://www.ada.gov/svcabrs3.pdf
