As previously reported here on the Franchise Law Blog, a New Jersery federal court recently approved a $125 million settlement of a class action brought by Snap-on dealers against their franchisor. According to this article, the court allocated $13 million of the settlement proceeds to attorneys fees, so the two plaintiffs' firms have plenty of incentive to wage this battle.
