Quiznos Class Action Begins
A group of Quiznos franchisees has filed a would-be class action against their franchisor in Wisconsin federal court, charging that Quiznos has "systematically defrauded" franchisees by, among other things, misrepresenting and omitting material facts during the franchise sales process, and requiring franchisees to purchase products from the franchisor or its affiliates at inflated prices while setting retail prices so low that franchisees can't earn a profit.
